Instructions
- Mix hung curd, carrot, onion, bell pepper, green chilli, fresh coriander, salt, black pepper and red chilli flakes in a bowl.
- Sandwich the mixture between bread slices.
- Brush the sandwiches with Sunsolite Oil and grill until crisp and golden brown.
- Serve hot.

- Low fat hung curd – 1/2 cup
- Carrot – 2 tbsp ( Grated )
- Onion – 1 tbsp ( Finely chopped )
- Bell pepper – 2 tbsp ( Finely cubed )
