Vegetable Sandwich

Instructions

  • Mix hung curd, carrot, onion, bell pepper, green chilli, fresh coriander, salt, black pepper and red chilli flakes in a bowl.
  • Sandwich the mixture between bread slices.
  • Brush the sandwiches with Sunsolite Oil and grill until crisp and golden brown.
  • Serve hot.

Ingredients

  • Whole Wheat Bread Slices – 10
  • Low fat hung curd – 1/2 cup
  • Carrot – 2 tbsp ( Grated )
  • Onion – 1 tbsp ( Finely chopped )
  • Bell pepper – 2 tbsp ( Finely cubed )
  • Green Chilli – 1/2 tsp ( Finely chopped )
  • Fresh Coriander – 1 tbsp ( Finely chopped )
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly Cracked Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilli Flakes – 1/2 tsp
  • Sunsolite Oil – 2 tbsp
